What you will do:-. Patrol sites to report issues and deter misuse

Meet and provide information to the public

Co-ordinate the work of volunteers

Run events and activities for children and adults

Run environmental education projects on site and in schools

Undertake routine maintenance tasks

Undertake practical conservation projects

Help keep our parks clean and tidy

Where you will do it:-

This position will be based at Coronation Park, Ormskirk but will cover all West Lancashire Urban Parks including Richmond Park, Burscough and Stanley Coronation Park, Skelmersdale. You will also support work carried out in the Council’s countryside sites.

Who we want:-

We need someone who is hard working, well educated, communicates well with people (both adults and children), willing to undertake practical management and cleansing work, is a good organiser, and is reliable.
