We are currently seeking Full Time Permanent Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Newry.

Our client is a well known company based throughout the UK and Europe. Due to continuous growth Full Time positions have arisen to work in their energetic and vibrant site based in Newry.
These are permanent positions and you must be flexible to work 37.5hrs per week between 08.00am and 20.00pm Mon-Sun.
You will be working in a small team of people receiving inbound calls for our client on a daily base.
All calls must be dealt with an excellent professional customer services manner.
You will be required to check information and status updates for the customer using our client’s online database.
All information provided to customers on the telephone must be clear and accurate.
You will need to time manage yourself to ensure that your answering and dealing with calls effectively and in an excellent customer service deliverance.
You will need to ensure that you are able to solve the query of each call and learn the systems in place to achieve best support for the customers.
If you are unable to solve the query you will need to arrange call backs for your customers and book appointments to help solve the query with your team members.
