A keen business developer with good intuition and sector knowledge are essential attributes as is the ability to manage your time and work load effectively.
Maintain a positive attitude, be comfortable with direct sales and confident in making warm and cold calls; both over the phone and face to face.
The position will be to carry out the 360 degree role of a successful recruitment consultant, building a desk and supporting the development of less experienced consultants.
You will possess a good solid background in recruitment.
You ideally have set up a desk from cold in the past and relish the challenges such tasks provide. Also will be able to Identify and generate business leads. Communicate and listen well to potential prospect clients.
Build lasting relationships with potential clients. Handle client objections. Close and secure qualified visits. Remain enthusiastic.
Be resourceful and possess good organizational skills. Manage and motivate yourself and less experienced colleagues to achieve set targets.
