FPC 1,2 & 4 or CEFA required.

The Role

FPSG are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance officer with finance complaints experience having exposure to regulatory complaints, FSA regulations and ability to follow guidelines and requirements set down by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The role holder will carry out random quality checks of complaint files ensuring they are managed in accordance with legal requirements and within all regulatory parameters.

Experience/Qualifications

The role holder will demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of FSA and FOS complaint procedures. The successful candidate will assess procedures against laid down benchmarks to ensure all complaints are dealt with according to legislative rules and guidelines. The successful candidates will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and some mentoring or team leading skills ( to stand in in Managers absence) It is essential that you will also possess FPC 1,2 & 4 or CEFA or equivalent.
