Summary
This is the entry position into the Bar where the job holder is trained on all aspects of bar duties and customer service and therefore plays a major role to provide beverage service to all customers.

Responsibilities
Taking customer orders
Cash handling
Serving drinks
Cleaning general tidy up

(1) Consistently follow specifications and procedures as specified during training for beverage serving as well as customer care

Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
Excellent communication skills
Proven customer service experience
Previous experience of working in bar/cellar/kitchen area desired
Knowledge and/or experience of changing a drink or barrel desired
Previous experience of cash handling
Additional Information
Must be 18 and over
Open to part-time employees based on a minimum of 5 hours on Saturday evenings
Includes weekdays, weekends, day and evening shifts as well as Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Boxing Day and Sky night events
Previous experience not necessary but preferred
Full training provided
50% discount meals and drink on duty (25% discount off duty)
Competitive hourly rates of pay (£6.10)
