Eden Scott's client are looking to recruit a Business Systems Support Analyst.
The key tasks and responsibilities will include but are not restricted to:
- Proving support for the business systems used within the organisation
- Provide 1st line support to all users
- Document user requirements accurately
- Test any new system functionality and ensure all users are supported through the adoption of changes in their key system processes
The successful candidate will need to have experience in the following:
- Good level of experience with Windows 7/XP Operating Systems
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience of report writing and design
- Experience of end user support using a helpdesk system and communicate resolutions in a timely manner
- Handle installation and upgrades of applications
- Provide end user training
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours
Additional skills of benefit:
- Knowledge of procurement oriented businesses
- Knowledge of Financials
- Experience of web technologies
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL server 2008/T-SQL
