My client, a 'Big 4' practice based in Belfast, is actively recruiting for a number of experienced management consultants to join their well established Performance Improvement and Advisory team. My client is particularly interested in meeting with candidates who have experience in Public Sector reform.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a management consultancy role and will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A proven track record in cost reduction strategy development delivery
- Change management organisational transformation
- Procurement strategy/outsourcing
- Process mapping performance management
- Business/proposal development
Key Skills :
- Data Analysis
- Facilitation skills
- First class report writing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
Remuneration
- Market leading package. Basic salary in the range of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience plus attractive benefits package.
