Experienced Commercial Manager required for client based in Aberdeen (West).

Applicants should hold relevant degree or equivalent in Business Management, Commercial or Legal related discipline.

Oil and Gas industry experience essential - experience of contract negotiation and management with UK and overseas countries preferred.

Role overview:
Function lead for commercial management within the Europe Africa

Supporting President, VP Finance and VP Sales & Marketing, with a function (dotted line) report to VP Commercial, based in the Corporate office.

Primarily assist with review and negotiation of upcoming and existing contractual terms and conditions with clients, vendors and suppliers, as well as other commercial matters such as pricing strategies, tender compilation, process development and risk management.

Key Accountability's includes:
Recommend and assist in the drafting, review and negotiation of contract terms and conditions for new and existing business.

Participate in management reviews and approval of bids, contracts and project performance .

Support in the development and deployment of standard commercial processes and tools.

Provide training and awareness to sales & marketing and business development professionals across the enterprise.

Assist in the coordination of insurance policies and reporting.

Support key tendering and project activity as and when required.

Participate in business improvement and strategy initiatives.

Assist in development and maintenance of the global Commercial databases established within the business.

Liaise with other functions and management at all levels, within and outside of EUA region.

Close co-ordination with commercial function, globally and corporately.
