My client is a highly succesful property investment company with properties overseas. They are looking for an experienced property manager who can deal with rent collection, property maintenance and property disposals. This is an office based role.
The ideal applicant will have experience in propery management, rentals and sales and must be able to work on their own initiative. This is a fast paced role dealing only with overseas properties so you must be very computer literate and highly communicative.
My client will pay a competitive salary of between £17,000 to £20,000 depending on experience. Trainees will not be considered for this position.
