My client are long established and have over 30 years experience in fleet solutions and service delivery providing service to over 7,700 customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Their customer base is diverse, ranging from blue chip corporations and local authorities right down to small and medium sized enterprises and owner operators.
Working as Rental Administrator your duties will include:
- Assisting in controlling the delivery/collection/vehicle movements with the locations geographical area maximising driver efficiencies and reducing cost.
- Highlight any business to business users to the commercial team for further development.
- Support and assist the Rental/Branch Manager to achieve the locations local KPI's and targets.
- Assist with the security of all vehicles and the site.
- Resolution of Invoice Queries in a timely manner to meet customers' expectations
- General Housekeeping and filing
Ideal candidate will be:
- Good Team player and builder with ability to adapt to change.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office products.
- Self motivating and commercially driven.
- Have proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service.
