To provide day to day Export Administration and Customer Services duties. Export Operations - Process export jobs, Take booking from customers Place booking with appropriate lines/co-loaders – having established strong working partnerships with shipping lines, air lines and hauliers, Create appropriate paperwork, Bills of Lading/Airways Bills/Customs. Documentations, Liaise with overseas agents re pre-advice notices etc, Update internal system as required, Produce billing documentation, Monitor all shipment to conclusion. Customer Liaison - Regular telephone contact with all clients, building strong working relationships, Further develop business within existing accounts, Increase volume and turnover/profitability with existing accounts, Occasional face to face meetings if required.
