Organisational Development Manager

We need a proactive OD manager to deliver innovative organisational development solutions and provide high quality advice to senior managers. Key tasks will include leading on OD projects, meeting identified training and development needs, and leading on the Investors in People programme. As a senior member of the HR team you’ll also manage the Corporate Training Manager and Diversity Adviser, and will play an active part in driving the service forward.
The role calls for a flexible, highly motivated CIPD qualified professional with significant experience in a high level OD post. This will have included delivering guidance in a large organisation and implementing major OD interventions. Strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practice and equalities legislation will be complemented by proven ability to drive change and work to a corporate agenda.
