Following a sale and a rebrand in the last few years they now have over 200 stores in their growing portfolio. They offer a compelling assortment of stylish fashions and essential wear at amazing, value for money prices without compromising on quality.

We're very excited to be recruiting a Head of Retail for the business. The business is fast paced and constantly changing, therefore the Head of Retail will be expected to adapt to change and have the ability to react quickly and efficiently with a highly commercial approach. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will develop and deliver the retail strategy and will be responsible for leading a team of Area/Regional Managers across the UK; coaching and developing them to be a self sufficient, commercially driven team.

The ideal candidate will already be operating in an equivalent or similar role and have previously led a team of Area Managers. We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience in value/high street fashion retail.
