I am currently recruiting for an exceptional opportunity for a Unit Nursing House Manager. My clients home provides high quality nursing care to elderly residents with physical health conditions and dementia. Consisting of 80 beds, and possessing a warm, homely feel which coexists in a progressive and dynamic clinical environment.As a Care Home Unit / House Manager you will be: • A Registered General or Mental Health Nurse, live on NMC Register with a minimum of 18 months post-registration experience.• Experience in a Care Home Setting. • Responsible for the documentation and delivery of high quality care to a variety of residents with differing needs.• Excellent opportunities for learning and development, with a focused Learning and Development Team and specialist module availability.• Delegation and supervision of Staff• Mentorship of student nurses• Primary nursing Responsibility – inclusive of the complete nursing process.
