Advising on brand and IP matters including licensing and advising on suitability of new product names, including trade mark clearance and registration requirements and liaising with external agents. Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of contracts, including: Trade mark licences, Intra group agreements regarding the capture, ownership and use of IP and development agreements with third parties and sponsorship agreements. Please note particular focus on patents and copyright.
You will be a Solicitor who is a specialist IP lawyer. It is likely that you will already work within Industry or be with a regional or city law firm.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
