Stafffinders are working with an established company in Renfrewshire to recruit a Real Estate Project Manager.
The main duties of the role include:
Working within the Corporate Real Estate function with responsibility for a diverse portfolio of leased properties across EMEA.
Working with Real Estate Brokers and Agent the Core roles and responsibilities include,
Co-ordination of Business Cases and Lease Documents.
Construction Project Management.
Facility Management Interface
Budget Planning for Projects.
Site Security & Safety Interface.
The successful applicant will be someone who wants the challenge of working across the full spectrum of Real Estate Activities.
Within a specific designed framework, working with Real Estate agents and Suppliers, you will be capable of the negotiation of a new lease, providing business cases for renewals or moves and then taking on Fit Up and Construction projects, delivering on time and in Budget.
The role means International travel, and working with diverse groups.
There is also the need to routinely control documentation and ensure compliance for Security.
The individual needs to demonstrate experience of Financial Business Cases, Project Delivery, Facilities Management or Construction Projects or Design.
