***Customer Service Advisor : Sheffield***Due to an exciting period of expansion my client, conveniently located close to excellent transport links in Sheffield, is currently looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to be part of a new team. We have full time, permanent positions available working Monday to Friday on a shift basis between 8am and 8pm.Salary: 15kAs a Customer Service Advisor you will:- Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries by telephone, mail, email and fax- Provide a high level of customer service and aim to resolve queries at the first point of contact - Provide accurate information to customers to ensure that they are adhering to guidelinesTo be considered for this role:- You must have had experience of working in a Contact Centre environment and will ideally have had some experience of debt management/collections/banking- You must display a high level of professionalism at all times and have very strong communication skills with people at all levels- You should have an understanding of Data Protection guidelines and be able to adhere to them at all times- Knowledge of various financial products is advantageous, as is experience of direct debit management- The ability to speak/understand the Irish Gaelic language is desirable
