Service engineer and management jobs in Surrey andBerkshire. Zest Medical are looking to recruit a skilled Service engineer / manager for a full time vacancy to provide quality service support to internal and external customers across a region. You will be responsible for the installation, setup and service across our clients portfolio of medical equipment. In addition you will be involved in the preparation and training of the field service staff.

The range of activities will include product installation, preventive maintenance to software upgrades and product refurbishment. You will work closely with global counterparts in the services organization to maintain consistent development and delivery of the technical services products, this role should also be prepared to provide consultation or guidance on technical services when in contact with current internal, external or potential customers.

With a strong academic background in either Computer science / HNC in electrical and mechanical engineering you will have a strong clinical or technical working knowledge of medical equipment having supported multi-site NHS hospitals in software installation and networking. You will have high levels of IT support and networking knowledge with medical software and integration to PACS and DICOM, HL7. Project management experience would be valuable with highly developed organizational skills coupled with training and presenting skills would be valuable.
