A growing and reputable brand name within the South Wales Market is currently looking to add a Commercial Account Handler to their already successful team. This individual will be expected to provide support to the Account Executives in delivering the targeted level of business.
Responsibilities
Meeting the target objective for new business, renewals and cross selling
Delivering a service level to existing customers over the life of their policy to ensure the successful renewal
Working with the customer to ensure that required adjustments to their policy are recorded accurately and appropriately reflected in the policy documentation, renewal premiums and commission rates
Working with customers and prospects to generate new business either through the cross-selling of services or the successful sale of new services to new prospects
