As part of a Credit Cards migration programme, a tier 1 UK bank is now seeking experienced Business Analysts with both the experience of Credit Card Business and Migrations. The successful person will contribute to the management of the business test environments across areas, planning and managing availability of these environments in conjunction with code releases.
Core skills/experiences required:
Provide ownership for all key test environments used for credit cards acquisition and servicing Actively maintain user stakeholder Matrix for environment usage Actively maintain technical stakeholder Matrix Provide crucial input into the annual environment budget Facilitate internal environment audits with user and technical stakeholders Provide key technical support on all new cards projects, assessing complex environment needs of projects Provide impact assessment and approval of all proposed changes Monitor all environments daily to minimise environment downtime and risk to projects Manage and communicate environment/batch Calendars to relevant business areas Manage environment data refreshes across multiple platforms Ensure effective co-ordination & communication of environment availability across all of the system and business areas Ensure that all environment documentation remains up-to-date with all changes going through strict change control Support FD/IT to achieve target availability rates and track/report metrics Set up and chair meetings to progress often complex environment issues that need numerous technical teams to resolve Provide single point of contact for environment users Assist in the provision of new or upgraded environment components/infrastructure Contribute towards the Continuous Improvement items
