Property Manager, Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm, Richmond, TW9 – up to £35k pa depending on experience Our client is a professional, dynamic and independent firm of Residential Block Managers who are seeking a Property Manager to take responsibility for a growing portfolio of properties spread across Surrey and South West London. You will need to deliver a complete day to day management service of the portfolio. Core responsibilities will be to prepare annual service charge estimates in consultation with landlords, monitor expenditure and consult under Section 20 for any major planned expenditure, liaise with clients, contractors and residents on a daily basis, manage and supervise on site staff, conduct regular site visits and attend residents AGMs. You must have a professional and pragmatic approach to property management and possess excellent communication and organisational skills as well as attention to detail.

You must also have sound IT and typing skills to be able to use Outlook proficiently. It is also essential for all applicants to have sound knowledge of current legislation and a strong proven track record, ideally with at least three years previous block management experience.
