/ Snr Data Analyst
A major UK Plc requires 3 experienced contract Data Manager for their major re-platform project. The current project that is being undertaken is that of a newly established competency centre and you will be responsible for establishing the phase 2 of the project.

As a Data Manager you will also need to have the following skills:-

Your main responsibilities as a Data Manager will include:
- Supporting the establishment of and managing data standards; ensuring that they accurately reflect known current and future enterprise-wide business needs
- Executing data management processes to agreed SLAs
- Ensuring compliance of administration team(s) to corporate security policies (especially where data is shared with external parties)
- Supporting data maintenance teams and measuring data maintenance team's performance and provide metrics as required
- Ensuring consistency of service and process definition with other Shared Service lines
- Ensuring data maintenance processes are being adhered to, and that they are consistent with defined standards and driving performance improvement
- Identify master data training opportunities and deliver master data administration training
- Instantiate the process for analysing "Data Value" and "Data Structure" change requests.
- Define continuous improvement processes for data administration and quality audit processes
- Provide expert guidance in master data to the business and manage the resolution of master data issues
- Facilitate and support master data migration/conversion activities for acquisition and large scale change projects
- Advise business units in the implementation of best practice data management locally
- Ensure auditable legislative compliance against all Business Services Data Management activities
