A lovely Primary school based in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area are currently looking for a Qualified Nursery Nurse or SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child in their nursery class on a 1:1 basis who has severe behavioural difficulties. For this SEN Nursery Nurse role in the R.C.T area, you will be expected to work well with the class teacher and be an integral part of the early years team. You will need to be able to implement successful behaviour management strategies to support this child as well be proficient in key working; providing engaging activities according to the child's interests and needs, developing next steps and building parent partnerships to support the child and ensure consistency.
