Our Public Sector client requires a temporary Receptionist with administration duties in a busy office environment.
This role will be temporary until November initially and will consist of part time hours as follows -
8-12 hours per week, usually within day time hours, Monday - Friday. There may occasionally be the requirement to work a 5pm - 9pm shift to cover annual leave. Full flexibility is required.
The duties for this role will be -
- Reception duties, operating a busy switchboard
- Managing appointments for senior staff via the in-house system
- Proof reading documents and reports
- General administration to include word processing

- Previous administration/ reception experience gained in a busy working environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly spot mistakes in documents
- A professional approach to others
