Denholm’s client, a market leading investment management company, is recruiting for a Head of Design & Media Production specialist to join a small, talented & creative team. In this role you will be accountable for the design, visual identity and creative output of marketing collateral and multimedia as well as the management of a small team.

Responsibilities:

Upgrading the volume, frequency, relevance and timeliness of existing design and media outputs

·

Manage the art direction, design and production of projects whilst ensuring quality control

·

Work closely with the copywriters and web team to develop a visual style for advertising campaigns

·

Ensure business plans are met via setting expectations for the team and leading accordingly

·

Own, manage and develop brand visual identity guidelines and standards

·

Always remain aware of competitors and stay a step ahead

Required experience & skills

·

Experience in design and creativity

·

Experience in Financial Services is preferred

·

Experience in managing staff

·

Understanding of interactive media production

·

Knowledge of mobile delivery platforms e.g. iphone, android, etc

·

Strong e-commerce/Internet/New Media experience

·

Exposure to print process, video production and website design
