Role Summary
If you are the successful candidate you will
support the delivery of ICT services at North Lanarkshire Council.
This will mean two things:

Some of the time you will be dealing with requests
for assistance from Council employees who are experiencing IT issues.
You may be able to help fix the problem
immediately;
otherwise you will be
recording the problem to ensure that someone else fixes it.

The rest of the time you will be assisting
Northgate staff who deliver and install IT hardware and software.
You will be involved in making changes to IT
equipment to make sure that they meet the Council’s needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
•
Support client with ICT issues and service within the Council
•
Issue resolution and password resets
·
Transfer email requests to a Service Support System
·
Moving ICT hardware and helping to install software
·
Keeping records of work done, time spent and customer agreement
