To make a significant contribution in respect of centre performance in relation to contract delivery and performance to the following targets:
Meet or exceed the KPI’s for the role.
Carry out effectively the day-to-day administrative tasks, including the centre’s mail, handle phone enquiries, take messages, make appointments, produce statistical information as required and stationery requisition
Set up customers/customers with initial diagnostic and on-line induction and modules
Maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, partners and suppliers
Provision of secretarial support as required including taking of minutes at meetings and meeting organisation Set up and maintain manual and electronic filing and archiving systems, including confidential information and diary management ensuring accurate data is readily available
Providing administrative support for projects and persons, for example, preparing draft documents, consultation with stakeholders, support for consensus meetings, data entry and organisation, arranging team and other ad-hoc meetings
Adhere to all internal and external policies and procedures
Experience in an administration role working accurately and to deadlines, with great attention to detail
Proven ability to use a wide range of IT including Excel, Word, and internet/email, databases or MI systems including use of complex data sources
Coherent and succinct verbal and written skills including creating reports, drafting letters, memos and electronic communications.
Experience in a customer facing role with the confidence to manage difficult customers
Able to plan, prioritise and implement own workload
Great customer service skills; face to face and via telephone
Flexible to meet the needs of the business
