IT Support Analyst
Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to staff and clients
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair desktop computers, laptops and printers
Maintains classroom / conference room based IT equipment including PC’s, SMART boards and video conferencing facilities.
Responsible for the sourcing, procurement of all IT equipment / services.
Develops and reviews IT policies, procedures and systems. Takes an active role in implementing these consistently throughout the company.
Responsible for daily IT Administration activities e.g. processing new starts / leavers, communicating IT policies and providing training / IT induction as required.
Manage 3rd party relationships e.g. print providers and IT Support Consultants.
Experience of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server 2008, Exchange 2010 and Windows 7 operating system
Experience of working in a networked service environment
Experience of managing software applications including Microsoft Office, Antivirus and backup solutions
Experience of administrating MITEL phone system, providing 1st line support and escalating problems to specialist support provider where required.
Responsible for ensuring IT backups and system protection are maintained
The job holder will undertake all activities in compliance with the requirements of the Company's and/or the Client's Safety Management System (SMS)
