Notes An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for experienced Support Workers to join the team at Future Home Care in our Leicestershire projects.

The main function of the Support Worker is to help support adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health problems living in shared or single occupancy supported housing schemes whilst adhering to CQC guidelines.

Essential candidate specifications:

• Relevant experience working as a Support Worker or in a care environment, preferably with the learning disabled.
• The ability to work towards a Level 3 Certificate in Learning Disabilities.

Experience of, and willingness to work with Service Users with challenging behaviour is required.

The successful candidate will be able to work in rewarding environment, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently in the community
