THE COMPANY is a growing boutique brand with an excellent reputation within the Perth market and is looking for seasoned Recruiters for it's thriving HR consultancy that supplies HR personnel predominately across lucrative Mining, Resources and Oil / Gas markets as well as other general professional services sectors.
THE ROLE is a typical senior recruiter role to develop and maintain clients (there is so much business coming in its being turned away) and deliver personnel in to the live roles which are in the mid to senior level with many of the senior roles being retained.
The office has excellent administration support so you can focus on the important aspects of running a desk.
The business is focused predominately on mid-to-senior Permanent placements but the development of the Temp / Contracts / Interim desk is equally necessary so could be open to skilled recruiters from the Contract sector.
THE BUSINESS is staffed across all its verticals with people who possess an incredible depth of knowledge and headed by industry proven Directors who will support you in the role but are looking for skilled recruiters who can work with autonomy and responsibility and not be hand-held as will be dealing with high level permanent recruitment roles on both a retained and contingent basis

You MUST have worked in Recruitment (this is not a HR function - it's a sales focused recruitment consultancy function)
Ideally in HR Recruitment but the company will consider Recruiters from professional services Must be a credible, professional, hands-on 360 biller
Recruiters from the Australia wide market or the UK - relocation will be supported by the company.
Ideally you will have worked in a boutique consultancy as this would fit this company's culture but the company are open to receiving CVs from candidates from larger corporates who have had enough of working in a regime!
Ideally you will have worked with clients in the technical markets such as O&G and Engineering companies but this isn't a must
Must if relocating be able to fulfill the Visa requirements - 5 years in recruitment if a non-grad, 2+ years if a graduate, ideally for this company you will be a graduate with 3-5 years min HR / professional services recruitment experience and proven billing and stable career.
A basic depends on level and experience circa AU$80k to $120k + commission / bonus / bens / relocation & Visa application
