Solicitor required for a dynamic and forward thinking law firm based in West Yorkshire

Our client is a leading law firm. Currently solely practising within personal injury they are looking to expand into a number of new areas. A vacancy has arisen for a Conveyancing Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to work in their West Yorkshire based office.

This Conveyancer will need to have experience:

• Building and establishing a department to include implementing processes and procedures
• Business developing and networking to include building relationships with various estate agents, IFA's and referrers
• Experience predominantly within residential property with some exposure to commercial property files

Any applicants will need to be either a qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC within proven experience developing relationships. Although a client following would be beneficial it is not essential for this post. Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to propel their career forward.

Salary will be dependent on level and experience.
