My client, a well-known manufacturing organisation with sites throughout Scotland, are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis to cover long term illness, this role will be based at their site in Dunfermline.
In this role you will support an established HR Team and will be involved in a variety of tasks including:
Dealing with HR policies and procedures.
Involved in the Graduate Recruitment and training programme.
Supporting internal staff and managers with HR issues and queries.
Be involved in recruitment administration and support managers in conducting recruitment interviews / assessments
Issuing contracts of employment
Maintaining internal database.
Providing support to the Internal Recruiters and Business Partners. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills / experience:
Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
Previous experience within a busy and demanding HR environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
Good IT skills.
