To provide the business with specified central HR administrative support. You will take responsibility for owning the delivery of a best in class customer experience. Providing advisory and administrative HR services.
Manage the delivery of administrative aspects of MI/Data Governance service ensuring adherence to processes, SLAs and deadlines.
Maintain and champion the data integrity of HR data within SAP HR, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date and data checks monitored and corrected.
Process SAP HR case management actions within HR SLAs.
Generate and issue formal documentation, such as work instructions and user guides.
Provide professional HR advice to managers across the full range of MI/Data Governance issues including org structure maintenance, data governance and reporting processes in line with Thames Water policies and procedures.
Manage the customer experience from initial contact through to evaluation of the service.
Respond to requests for information and service support in a timely and professional manner upholding the HR brand.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with managers, employees and stakeholders.
To act as a champion for HR best practice, enhancing the reputation of the service across the organisation.
Agree with the MI/Data Governance Specialist targets for service quality and continuous improvements and monitor with performance indicators.
Support the MI/Data Governance Specialist in meeting all statutory requirements, best practice standards and other performance indicators.
Respond to changes to HR Operations responsibilities arising from changes in legislation, good practice and other service pressures.
Liaise with other HR colleagues as appropriate to maintain effective communication links, ensuring that best practice is shared and developed to facilitate cross-cover of HR services.
. Carry out any other duties that may be required commensurate with the general level of responsibility for the post.
Deliver a customer experience which meets TEC test (Trust, Easy, Care).
A customer focused individual that has a good knowledge of HR administration and structures within HR systems to ensure they are accurately maintained. You will be required to demonstrate good working knowledge of SAP HR and be highly organised. Previous experience of case management would be an advantage.
