At B&Q we look for people that are passionate about customer service and helping people create homes to be proud of. Our Sales Support Customer Advisors are responsible for providing a comprehensive support service across the store in the following key areas: Checkouts, Refund Desk, Greeter, Car Park and Telephonist.

Your role will include delivering the highest standard of customer service and providing a great shopping experience that ensures our customers return to shop with us, time and time again. You will be responsible for providing help and advice to all of our customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

For this role you will be required to have to the following attributes:
