Qualified Nursery nurse manager required at this lovely nursery situated between Southampton and the New Forest.
You will need to be qualified ideally to Level 4 in childcare or equivalent with previous experience in a nursery manager or deputy position. Managing a small friendly team of staff, you will be enthusiastic and have a friendly positive approach.
Managing staff, including holiday and rotas. Health and safety issues. Helping out on the nursery floor when necessary.
