Our client in Basingstoke is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a temporary role to begin in September and continue until December.
Job Role:
* To deal with all incoming calls, returns, queries and complaints in a timely manner.
* To report to the line manager with any issues that need escalating.
* To ensure excellent customer service is always provided.
