Are you a technical support analyst looking to move into an exciting high-frequency, low-latency trading systems environment? If so, I am working with a leading supplier of the latest in trading technology to top tier investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers.
You will support their front office systems and also engage with requirement gathering and implementation using your technical skills in Unix, Linux, SQL and C++/C#. This is an ideal opportunity for an application support analyst with 1-3 years worth of experience who is looking to take their support skills and utilise them at one of the most talked about vendors in the high-frequency market.
My client is looking for future leaders who have a desire to progress into management positions or other business areas including client services and professional services. Enthusiasm and a passion for customer service is a must as well as a high standard of education. Minimum acceptable would be a 2.1 from a top 20 university.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
1-3 years of electronic trading application support
Knowledge of at least one major asset class
C++ or C# technical skills
Strong customer service skills
2.1 of better degree in a technical discipline from a top 20 university
My client is offering you the chance to expand on your support skills and gain exposure to business analysis and technical implementation. You will engage with major financial clients to understand their needs, support their users and implement new functionality.
