A major investment bank is seeking a hard working, technically astute support analyst with strong customer facing skills to take a lead role within their electronic equity markets front office technology support group. This is a high pressure role within a global team where you will be responsible for the high availability of electronic trading systems, connectivity and high frequency direct market access (DMA) for the banks equities business.
The team are looking for an individual with strong front office analysis and support experience who has in-depth knowledge of the front to back equities trading life cycle. You will have a strong technical background incorporating good hands on skills in development technologies, Unix, SQL, networking and distributed systems support. Experience supporting client facing order management systems and algorithmic/programme trading systems is essential as is knowledge of the FIX Protocol, high frequency direct market access and ITRS Geneos monitoring systems.
This is a good opportunity for a dependable support analyst with a strong work ethic to take on a challenging role at a major player within the global equity electronic trading business. Contract renewal a good possibility for a consistent performer.
