This really cool social media moderation and monitoring company is looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join its growing team and to work on some pretty amazing global clients. The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for setting up and implementing social media management projects for high profile clients, working alongside the moderation, engagement and insight teams to ensure that social media campaigns are managed in the right way - effectively and with top results. You'll be working alongside media, creative and PR agencies to make sure that the strategic and creative side of the campaigns fit in with the moderation and engagement strategies, and working very closely with the clients, building strong relationships with them to understand their aims and desired outcomes from each campaign.
You need to have experience in working on major brands for social media management campaigns, and if you've got a background in gaming, even better! Evidently the role also requires someone who really understands social media, including community engagement, moderation and social analytics tools. You need to have a passion for social, and just a really good understanding of why the management and moderation side of things is so important.
