Must have call centre experience. Must have good verbal communication skills, good understanding of PC and IT. Previous customer service experience. Must be able to type. Duties include answering incoming / outgoing calls, handling paperwork, transcribing telephone conversations onto claim contact logs. There is an 8 week probationary period.
