OBJECTIVES / SCOPE The day to day management and support of allocated customer maintenance / project contracts. Co-ordination and monitoring of all customers’ work scopes with other ASL departments and suppliers. Responsible for the review and management of minor changes to data sheets and procedures as required. Assist with the mentoring, training and development of Lifecycle Support Engineers.
