A top tier Investment Bank requires a Senior Java Developer to join their eFX team to develop, enhance and maintain their trading platform. The candidate must have:At least 8 years experience developing in Core Java (J2SE)Extensive experience with low latency, highly multithreaded globally distributed platformsExperience working with low latency messaging services such as 29 West/Tibco etc.Experience working within an eFX or FX / Pricing functionA strong Object Oriented programming background (C, C++, C#, JAVA) NO extensive VBA/ExcelFull life cycle experience working on a Global PlatformMust have experience working in a high pressured Front Office environmentExperience facing off with business/tradersThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced IB team on a contract basis, please don't hesitate to get in touch if you match the requirements.
