Security Cleared Maritime Satellite Comms Field Engineer - Surrey - required to join an established and successful independent service provider for satellite communications solutions and one of the top Inmarsat service providers worldwide.
The role will cover both Enterprise and MoD/Government clients and anything from land based applications overseas, to rigs or luxury yachts and naval vessels. Working in a busy environment you will liaison with Yacht Captains and on-board specialist staff & provide competent Datacoms and Satcom repair, test and equipment build support.
You will also supply Datacoms and Satcom repair, test and equipment build support for Workshop as required.
As well as providing satellite support you will also be supporting Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS).
Military or Navy training would be highly advantageous.
You will ideally hold a valid SC/DV clearance or be clearable.
This role requires extensive overseas and UK travel. Urgent.
