Papworth Trust is a leading disability charity with over 90 years’ experience of championing equality, providing choice and promoting independence. We take a pan-disability approach and work with over 20,000 people every year in the UK by providing a wide range of services covering employment, vocational and medical rehabilitation, housing and community support.

We are currently looking to recruit to the following vacancies:

Regional Development Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire Norfolk and Suffolk
Ref: PAP 460

Regional Development Manager
Location: Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex
Ref: PAP 463

Based: Bury St Edmunds or Bishops Stortford
Salary for both roles: £28,980 - £32,200
Hours: 37.5hrs Mon - Fri (flexi-time)

Our Business Development Team helps drive the growth of our services. This position within the team is due to expansion and a desire to make the most of the many current opportunities for delivering more for more people.

The successful candidate will play an active part in building strategic relationships and delivery partnerships, designing innovative service models and supporting the tender submission process.

This role requires a motivated and ambitious individual with:
Relationship management experience;
A proven track record of new business growth;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Demonstrable commercial acumen;
Ability to travel. You will need to travel frequently across a regional geography. The role is subject to an enhanced CRB check and satisfactory employment references. A full UK driving license is essential for non- disabled candidates.
