You should ensure that all guests arriving at the hotel are greeted in a friendly, courteous manner and that they are checked in as soon as possible making sure that all guests requirements are actioned and entered onto the computer.
At the end of a guests stay you will prepare and present the room account to the guest upon departure ensuring correct payment is taken and check to see that the guest has enjoyed their stay.
