We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will be GSCC registered and must have a recent CRB check. You will have strong previous experience with hospital discharge (section 2 and 5 essential), as well as good knowledge of planning and implementing packages of care.
