The European Shared Service Centre Accounting Associate, Purchase to Pay, Service Desk, is responsible for being the first point of contact for all internal and external customers and vendors, ensuring customer service commitments are met or exceeded. This will be on a 6 month fixed term contract. Responsibilities: serve as first point of contact for all incoming internal and external calls (post, email and telephone); responsible for all PtP incoming post and scanning; responsible for the Optimisation in Readsoft; handle reporting and gathering of information for financial site lead or process owner; responsible for reconciling all targeted Vendor statements; monitor and manage the Service desk generic mailbox; responsible for producing daily/weekly/monthly KPIs; perform controls checks on master data changes; support with monthly audit controls testing. Skills & Experience: proven Purchase to Pay experience including statement reconciliation; english and Spanish or English and Italian language requirements essential; team player with strong people skills; SAP experience preferred; strong customer focus mind-set coupled with the ability to manage challenging customers in an understanding and professional manner; prior shared service centre experience preferred; proficient in all MS Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
