My client is looking for a Part Time (20 hours per week) experienced Housing Officer for an 8 month maternity contract in the Medway area.
Ideally you will be a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and have a knowledge and understanding of Housing Law.
Duties will include rent collection; service notice; home visits to resolve nuisance issues; meeting new applicants; housing inspections and tenancy audits. It is essential that you have this background.
