We need an outstanding individual with a positive, cheerful and professional attitude to fill the role of Office Administrator for a financial company, based in Chelsea.
This is a 12 month contract for maternity cover.
60 - 70 % of your role will involve office based duties such as:
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Organising incoming/outgoing post as well as couriers
Ordering of stationary and other supplies for the office
Helpful personal assistant duties that can involve running errands for senior staff members. This could include lunch runs, dry cleaning etc
Arranging travel requirements for staff (including flights, accommodation, visas). You will also be responsible for collecting these from the appropriate embassies
30 - 40% of this role involves driving for the Chairman. Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL that you possess a full, clean driver's licence. A satellite navigation (sat nav) will be provided, but it is important that you have a good knowledge of London and that you are confident driving around the city.
To be considered you MUST HAVE:
A full, clean driver's licence
A good geographical knowledge of London
Confident driving around the city
A positive, can-do and cheerful approach to all of your duties
Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel skills with accurate typing
Excellent written and verbal communication
A caring nature with a proactive drive to go "the extra mile" for staff and visitors
A great sense of humour!
