In partnership with NHS Birmingham East and North, Pfizer Health Solutions and Macmillan, Healthcare at Home are embarking on an exciting new initiative to enhance the service and quality of care delivered to individuals with breast cancer in the north and east of Birmingham.
Working with clinicians from Good Hope Hospital, the project is part of the National Cancer Survivorship Initiative and, in conjunction with the Pan Birmingham Cancer Network, will run as a test community.
